"What power does the rule of law have when lawless men make it?" You wrote that simple paragraph, Vanessa, and I think it pretty well sums up the source of (at least part of) your rage. It also points to why we seem not to be doing much about it. We just touch it on the fringes. You know it. I know it. People who follow you know it. But the media don't care. And lots of people aren't paying attention. How do we wake up, shake up all the people who are just floating along? Maybe doing that would begin to stoke up some rage that could be directed to actually doing something about it.
