Let's Talk National Security
With news of Trump’s federal indictment on espionage charges and so on, the US is awash in national security chatter.
That might be good, except that the entire Republican political establishment and media ecosystem has gone all in on backing former-twice-indicted-twice-impeached-president Trump. That’s bad. With this, Republicans are actively eroding the most powerful national security machine in the entire world which they helped build. That in itself is extremely dangerous. How much damage could they do? How are they already causing damage?
How do we help hold our national security mechanisms together? What can we do about national security?
What’s at risk? What is national security anyway? What kinds of things could have been in the materials Trump stole? What do the classified markings mean on the 31 counts against Trump related to the documents he stole? What else are you wondering?
Join in on one of our national security Zoom calls to get into this stuff. One is tonight in about an hour, and one is Sunday evening.
